What is PMP®?

What is the PMP® course exam fee conducted by PMI®?

The PMP® exam fees for a PMI® Member is USD 405 and for a Non-Member, it is USD 555. PMI® membership fee is $ 139 (US). Please refer to official PMP® handbook on PMI® website.

How would a certificate from VISAJ help me?

On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of 35 Contact Hours of project management education, one of the pre-requisite to apply for PMP® exam.

 

How many PDUs would be awarded to me after the completion of this course?

After the successful completion of the course, a total of 35 Contact Hours will be awarded to you. PDU are required after you clear the PMP® exam to for renewal of your PMP® credentials. PDU indicates the ongoing professional development of an individual and depicts that a person is continuously tuning his/her skills and handling project using the best practices of Project Management.

PMI® is a Project Management Institute based in USA. PMI® started their journey with PMP® certification. This is an institute where you can take exams and become a certified project management professional. PMI® has Chapters all across the globe. These Chapters provide extensive help in preparing for the exam.

 

 

How many questions are there in the PMP® exam and how much time do I get?

The PMP® exam is a computer-based exam conducted in the Prometric centers. The exam has 180 objective type questions. The duration of this exam is 230 Mins with two 10 minutes breaks. Out of the 180 questions, a candidate is evaluated on 175 questions. After you finish and submit the exam, you will immediately get the result in case of a computer-based exam.
